Emily de Molly Week - Post 1 Devotion

Hiya Hussies!

This week I'm trying something a little different. I'm in love, its official...

Ive fallen hard for the Emily de Molly holographic polishes! So this week I am going to do a post each day featuring the gorgeous holographic creations. Tonight I have Devotion for you.

Devotion is a purple based, linear holographic polish. The holographic effect is outstanding in the sunlight and bright lighting however its also visible in weaker light sources which is a big win in my book.

The formula is perfect, it covers beautifully in two coats, it doesn't drag on base coat like some holographic polishes so there's no need for specialist base coats and top coat doesn't dull the holographic effect. In short its perfection!

The swatches here show two coats of Devotion, followed by a coat of Glisten and Glow HK Girl top coat.

Disturbed Potions Peep Show and Sweet Revenge

Hey Hussies!

Tonight I have two awesome polishes from the new indie creator in town Disturbed Potions. When I stumbled up on this brand on Instagram I knew I'd hit the crelly jackpot! I've fallen in love with each and every one of Disturbed Potions polishes, plus they all have funky (and sometimes saucy) names which is so much fun :-)

Peep Show

Peep Show is a white crelly based polish crammed with  neon green, pink and purple glitters and loads of neon green star glitter. This is one seriously cute polish! Disturbed Potions have some of the brightest neon glitters I've come across.

The formula is a dream to work with, covering in 2-3 coats and each dip of the brush is loaded with glitter. The swatches here show three coats of Peep Show followed by a coat of Gelous and one coat of Glisten and Glow HK Girl top coat.

The swatches here show three coats of Sweet Revenge followed by a coat of Gelous and one coat of Glisten and Glow HK Girl top coat.

Colors by Llarowe True Colors and Trouble

Hey Hussies!

Tonight I have my first Colors by Llarowe polishes to share with you.

The polishes created by Leah Ann (the face behind Colors by Llarowe) are exceptional both in quality and performance. I think the best thing about her polishes is that she is a polish collector as well as a retailer so she knows exactly what the market is missing and what the customers really want.

True Colors

True Colors is described as a grape purple holographic polish. The holo effect on this beauty is seriously intense, its a polish that means business!

The swatches here show three coats of True Colors, followed by a coat of Glisten and Glow HK Girl top coat (top coat does not dull the holo).

Alanna Renee Reptar and Avada Kedavra

Hey Hussies!

Tonight I have another two gorgeous polishes by Alanna Renee to share with you :-)

Reptar

Reptar is a funky mix of orange, lavender, black, white and neon green glitter in a green crelly base. This polish dries to a gritty finish, Alanna intended it to feel like a real dinosaur! I prefer my polish smooth so I topped this with a coat of Gelous and a coat of Glisten and Glow HK Girl topcoat.

The swatches here show three coats of Reptar.
