Introducing Indie Polish

Hey Hussies!

My second blog post tonight is brought to you by fairly new polish creator, Tanya at Indie Polish. I've only just discovered this little company and they customer service is perfect, Tanya is always ready to help and replies to messages straight away :-)

Tonight I have three of her polishes to share with you...

Mojito

As some of you that follow me on Facebook will know I am quite partial to a Mojito or three in the summer so this polish is perfect for me!

Mojito is a beautiful soft combination of minty green with a delicate greeny/pale gold sheen to it. The formula is a little tricky on the first coat but it evens out well on the second and dries to a satin finish.

The swatches here show three coats of Mojito, followed by one coat of Seche Vite for added gloss.

Joni

Joni is comprised of an intense electric blue glitter in a blue tinted base. The idea is very simple but the results are stunning! The application was smooth and easy, with a good quantity of glitter loading on the brush with each dip.

The swatches here show one coat of Joni, over a base of piCture pOlish Bombshell, followed by a coat of Gelous and a coat of Seche Vite for a glassy finish.

Pimpin Purple

Pimpin Purple is one of those polishes you either love or don't. Its had people completely split when I posted photographs on Facebook, some people loved it and others were unsure. I must admit that this isn't my favourite polish of the group, I think its an acquired taste. However the world would be a very boring place if we all liked the same thing!

Pimpin Purple is a pewter based polish, with a hint of violet that shows in certain lights and a scatter of holographic glitter for extra sparkle. The finish is metallic and textured.

The formula was easy to work with, although you need to be careful not to drag your brush to avoid having brush strokes visible in the finish.

The swatches here show two coats of Pimpin Purple with two coats of Gelous and one coat of Seche Vite for a smooth finish.
