Chelsea the wonderful creator of Enchanted Polish sent me the Big City Lights collection to swatch and review. This is a collection of four colour shifting glitter polishes, today I have Hello New York and Ola Rio to show you...
Hello New York
Firstly I'll say that this is not a colour that I would normally choose, yellows and golds generally don't look good on me. However the polish (when I'm not wearing it) is really pretty. It has masses of green/gold/yellow colour shifting glitter in clear base and the glitter is super sparkly. The colour shift is really noticeable but I had a little trouble capturing it in my photos to its full potential.
The formula was perfect, the swatches here show two coats of Hello New York over a black base to make the colour pop, however you could get full coverage in three coats without a base. I topped the manicure off with one coat of Gelous and one coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast.

Ola Rio is much more my kind of colour, its a rich copper/orange/pink and sometimes flashes of purple glitter polish. Once again its all suspended in a clear base allowing you to choose what colour underwear (if any) you like, although once again you can reach full coverage in just three coats. The colour shift is so intense in these polishes!
Here I am wearing two coats of Ola Rio over a black base, followed by one coat of Gelous and one coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast.
